Apologies for being rubbish at keeping this site/ blogs etc updated. From April 2010 things are going to be different!

I am proud to say that my potato growing exploits are going well…so far. Proof that anyone, anywhere, can grow their own veg, as I have a balcony the size of a postage stamp. All you need is a grow bag, some compost, and an ability to nurture. Water regularly and give them Tomorite - I have learnt that tatties are in the same family as tomatoes. Who knew. Oh and sunshine too. If I win this tattie competition I get 5k for my Mum’s charity KidsAid, so the pressure is ON.
